ArchivalWare BPM

ArchivalWare Business Process Management (BPM) integrates state of the art content management with the human element required to manage a repository. This flexibile workflow system provides scalable process management to meet any customer's workflow needs.

With ArchivalWare BPM You Can:

Improve productivity
Streamline workflow
Access your workflow with a browser and internet connection
Make workflow changes without editing code

Creating Users and Groups

The Users & Groups menu options provide access to all of the commands necessary to define and configure specific users, groups, and functions.

Groups provide a means of organizing users with similar permissions and tasks. Members of the group inherit the group’s permissions, functions, and other settings. Organizations can first create a group with a specific set of properties and then add users to the group as needed. If a user requires a slightly different set of permissions and functions, that user can also be assigned individual properties separate from those of the group.

Reporting

Reports may be generated to provide a variety of information about ArchivalWare. There are seven reports available. Each report may be run with certain options to provide your staff with more specific information.

Managing Your Organization's Content Shouldn't be Difficult!!

ArchivalWare BPM's flexible workflow tools allow your organization to flatten knowledge across the enterprise while easily creating efficient workflow to interact with content.
