User Query Training (half day)

This training session is for users who will be doing general searching and browsing.  The users will learn general application navigation;  searching, viewing and printing document(s).           
The users will learn how and why to use the different search capabilities including full text and metadata searching, pattern, boolean and concept searching.  The users will have an understanding of the preferences settings and how and why to modify them. 

Super User Training  (half day)
Prerequisite:  User Query Training

A super user is generally a staff user that will be responsible for adding, editing and deleting.  The super user will learn to edit metadata for single documents and batches of documents.  This user will also learn how to use the Check out/in feature to edit documents and how to edit the browse structure.
The super user will also learn how to add new documents (individually or in batches), run indexing and reports.

ArchivalWare™Administrator Training (half day)
Prerequisite:  Super User Training

The Administrator is the highest level ArchivalWare™user.  They will learn how to add, change or delete groups and users.  This user will learn how to set all of the default preferences for groups and users and how to modify fields, pick lists and library information.

IT Administrator Training (1-2 hours)

This user will learn about the ArchivalWare™setup.  Where the application, data, configuration files, etc are located on the server, the database schema, what services are running and basic troubleshooting.
